McGaw YMCA Camp Echo

Camp Echo is a residential YMCA camp on Ryerson Long Lake located near Fremont, Michigan. The site includes 500 acres of scenic land, lodging for more than 250 campers, an extensive network of hiking and horseback trails with onsite campgrounds, a bouldering cave, a ropes challenge course, climbing wall, archery range, ga-ga pits, basketball court, tennis court, softball field, and a lake for fishing, sailing, boating, swimming, and canoeing. Each summer, more than 1,500 campers of all ages and identities arrive to Camp Echo from communities throughout the U.S. and beyond. Founded in 1924, Camp Echo is licensed by the state of Michigan and is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA).
