Freeform drawing or “doodling” is a creative way to practice sketching skills, add character to projects, and communicate your ideas. In this chapter, you'll plan
and make a visual mind map by combining words, doodles, icons, and other drawn elements in a sketchnote. You'll draw objects using simple lines and shapes to summarize your thoughts or tell a story. And you’ll organize your drawings and symbols within Sketches School to keep for future use.
You’ll be able to:
- Draw 2D shapes.
- Break complicated objects into simple shapes.
- Use doodle drawings and text to create a
sketchnote of your thinking.”
