Build confidence, strength, and discipline in a supportive and energetic en- vironment. Our youth boxing program introduces students to the fundamen- tals of boxing through age-appropriate drills, conditioning, and technique training. Participants will improve coordination, endurance, and self-control while learning respect and sportsmanship. No prior experience needed. Location: Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center
