Become a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Ideal for first time jobs for kids ages 13-15, and dive into a world of creativity and inspiration! As a CIT, you'll be part of a dynamic team working with kids, guiding them through exciting artistic endeavors. Enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate your artistic skills and fine-tune your leadership skills while guiding young artists eager to explore their creativity.
