Hoops4Health: Girls Skills Training

Hoops4Health Girls Skills Training will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays and is designed to help players build a strong basketball foundation through focused instruction in dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, defense, and game strategy. Athletes develop confidence, teamwork, and communication in a positive, supportive environment while receiving personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and opportunities to apply their skills in competitive drills and scrimmages.
