E-Town Girls Flag Football

This exciting girls-only flag football program for 5th–8th grade athletes begins with two days of skill evaluations followed by six weeks of competitive games. Players will build confidence, compete, and grow in a fast-paced, supportive, non-contact environment.

Athletes will develop core skills such as passing, catching, route running, defense, flag pulling, play recognition, game strategy, speed, agility, teamwork, and football IQ. Whether a player is brand new to the sport or already has experience, this program is designed to help her improve and have fun.

There has never been a better time to play. Illinois launched its IHSA Girls Flag Football State Series in 2024, and women’s flag football will make its Olympic debut at the Los Angeles 2028 Games. E-Town athletes have the chance to be part of a sport that is growing rapidly at the high school, national, and international levels.
